There are plenty of reasons that people find themselves out of shape, unhappy, unfulfilled, and unhealthy.
They often include:

Of course, there can be many reasons, but ultimately, it’s doing a few simple things every single day that can add up to massive success or terrible failure across many areas of our lives.
I created this 11 Steps Best Life Roadmap to give you simple strategies that will add up to HUGE changes and MASSIVELY positive results in every area of your life.
And the truth is that all of those reasons I listed above are in your control if you choose to accept that they are.
When you take control of your life, EVERYTHING changes.
Use this roadmap as a guide to begin implementing small shifts in your life and watch as everything changes for the better.
- Write down 3 things you’re grateful for.
- Visualize the life you want, who you want to be, and how you want to help
- Drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water per day.
- Eat at least 5 servings of veggies and some fruit.
- Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of your body weight.
- Walk 10,000 steps per day.
- Lift weights 3-4 days per week.
- Get at least 20 minutes of sunshine or supplement with Vitamin D.
- Do 1 thing every day to take care of YOU.
- Sleep no less than 7 hours per night.
- Start and end your days with 10 deep breaths.
Whether you’re incredibly happy with your life, health, and body right now or not, implementing these pieces over time will absolutely take you to the next level.
