SARAH CLIENT OF THE MONTH
When Sarah came to us in January 2017 she was clearly a fitness fanatic, having worked with a personal trainer before, and attended pump and yoga classes. Originally, her goals were aesthetic. She wanted to lose some bodyfat and build muscle.
After only 6 weeks, Sarah’s attitude to training had completely changed. Sarah had bought into the Performance Ground method. She swapped her lifting gloves for chalk and realised that the aesthetics are a result of the performance based training. We set some new goals within her training and the entire team has been impressed with her hard work and consistency over the last 8 months to achieve these goals. Sarah has learned how to perform the Olympic lifts, a number of gymnastic movements and recently, performed multiple sets of un assisted pull ups. She has been front squatting bodyweight with ease and deadlifted 100kg, all feats of strength that she never thought possible.
Sarah is an example of how training with purpose and consistency equate to great improvements in performance and body composition, we are excited to see what she does next!
